Born: Metairie, Louisiana
Instrument: Lead Guitar
Story: I was raised on TV show theme songs and 80's pop that was my introduction to music. I decided I wanted to play guitar when I saw Van Halen live for the first time. That summer, I mowed lawns around the neighborhood and saved up money to buy my first guitar an early nineties Fender Heartfield from a local pawn shop. I taught myself how to play listening to early favorites such as Nirvana, Metallica, Megadeth, Guns n' Roses, Ozzy Osbourne, as well as the 90's Scandinavian wave of melodic death such as In Flames, Children of Bodom, and Dissection. Gradually I developed a strong love of classical and jazz, as well as world music and pop.
My first official gigging band was called Magistral, a power metal act from Chile based in Houston, Texas. After three years, I moved on and formed Carry The Storm, which is still active. I presently play with both Red Tiger and Carry The Storm.
